Kristie has 23 combined years of experience in healthcare and injury prevention. She is currently the Systemwide Healthcare Risk and Safety Program Manager for the University of California, Office of the President (UCOP). Prior to this position, Kristie was the Injury Prevention Program Manager for UCOP, the Center of Excellence in Ergonomics for the University of California system, and the Ergonomics Program Manager at the University of California, Riverside campus. Prior to her work at the University of California, she worked as a licensed orthopedic physical therapist and board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist in physical therapy. As a physical therapist, Kristie was responsible for the provision of physical therapy services, ergonomic evaluations and consultations, and return to work evaluations and programs for individuals with occupational and non-occupational injuries.
