Captain



Jeff currently serves as a captain in the Henrico County (VA) Division of Fire at Station 21 and is the team leader of the Henrico Hazardous Incident Team, a VDEM-designated regional hazardous materials response team. He is certified as a hazardous materials specialist and as a nationally registered paramedic. Jeff is a member of the Henrico technical rescue team, the Central Virginia All-Hazards IMT, and also works as a critical care flight paramedic for VCU LifeEvac. Jeff completed his undergraduate study at George Washington University and is currently completing graduate study in public administration at Virginia Tech.
