Mr. Stair has over 35 years of experience as a Paramedic, Critical Care Nurse, and Firefighter. He has been engaged in Paramedic education for over 30 years. He is an international speaker on emergency services. He has authored multiple government papers and is the lead author-editor for Law Enforcement Responder, Principles of Emergency Medicine, Rescue and Force Protection (Jones and Bartlett). He is an alumni of the University of Maryland Baltimore County, The Johns Hopkins University and the United States Naval War College.
