Sid Tobiason, who leads Moss Adams Southern California Dealer Practice, has practiced taxation for dealers for over 30 years, with a focus on entity structure, transaction planning and succession planning. He wrote the first and second editions of NADA Management Guide A Dealer Guide to Business Succession Planning. Tobiason served as the AICPA chairperson for the National Dealer Conference for six years and has presented at NADA and NADC events.
