Lee Patton, CSP, CPDM is a Sr. Risk Management Consultant with the Association of California Water Agencies / Joint Powers Insurance Authority (JPIA). Lee is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Professional in Disability Management (CPDM) and a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (CEAS I). He has over 40 years in the loss control/safety/risk management field working with public entities and private sector companies to address their safety, ergonomic and return to work issues. Lee earned his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from California State University, San Luis Obispo. Lee was instrumental in developing the JPIA’s Model Return to Work Program along with developing a Clinic Evaluation Program and process.
