Kelly has 25 years of experience in the utility industry. She joined Public Service Company of Colorado in 1991 and served in various engineering roles in the four operating companies at Xcel Energy, Manager of Capacity Planning for Xcel Energy, Manager of Distribution Planning for Public Service, Manager of System Planning and Strategy, and Senior Director Electric Distribution Engineering in addition to her current role. Kelly is currently the Regional Vice President, Distribution Operations responsible for the electric and natural gas distribution design and construction activities for our service areas in the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. In addition, she is responsible for the electric distribution control centers within these areas as well as Wisconsin. Kelly has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota State University. She and her family currently reside in Woodbury, MN.
