Josh Bui is a Senior Engineer at Southern California Edison (SCE). He has 13+ years working experience in State Estimation with Power System Engineer background from Iowa State University. He successfully led the effort of commissioning and maintenance EMS’s State Estimator at SCE. He is now leading the effort of commissioning DSSE at SCE.
