Joseph Paduda is the president of CompPharma, LLC, a consortium of workers’ compensation pharmacy benefit managers and he conducts its annual survey of payers’ pharmacy management programs. Also the principal of the consulting firm Health Strategy Associates, Joe is a nationally recognized expert in medical management in group health and workers’ compensation, with deep experience in cost containment and pharmacy services. Before starting his consulting business in 1997, he held executive positions with major insurers, including Traveler's, United Healthcare and Liberty Mutual. Joe has a Master’s of Science Degree in Health Management from the American University.
