John Floyd




John Floyd is the President of Blast Dynamics, Inc., an international blast engineering and consulting firm that focuses on improving productivity through the efficient use of explosive energy. For over 30 years, John has provided a wide range of services for the users of explosives that include: Comprehensive reviews of current drilling and blasting practices; up-to-date blast engineering and implementation training courses; development of site-specific designs for slope protection; optimization of fragmentation for excavation, crushing and milling; detailed procedures for controlling ore loss/dilution drilling and blasting feasibility studies.
