Carol Bobby holds a doctorate in counselor education and supervision from the University of Florida.  As the current CEO of CACREP, Dr. Bobby works internationally on the development of standards and quality assurance review processes intended to promote recognition of the counseling profession, including the development of the International Registry of Counsellor Education Programs (IRCEP). Having held numerous leadership positions across her career, in 2013 she was elected to serve as  President of the International Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE).
