Zubs provides strategic leadership and direction to cross functional team members on both large-scale development and implementation projects including joint strategic partner initiatives with Siemens and Microsoft. Prior to this role, he led a team of highly experienced consultants in Bentley’s Professional Services organization. In addition, he acted as the services point of contact during pre-sales activities through to project delivery. Zubs also has extensive experience in project management, change management, digital transformation, and Cloud Computing. His technical background, commercial knowledge as well as his skills in project management, has enabled him to manage the successful delivery of complex projects. He received an MBA from the University of Leicester (LESTER), an MSc in Geographical Information Systems, and a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of Greenwich.
