Ken Eltschlager




Ken is a mining engineer with the OSMRE where he has worked on coal mine blasting related issues since 1989. He provides technical assistance and advice to the states, investigates citizen complaints and evaluates the adverse effects of blasting. He is the current chair of the ISEE Standards Committee.
