Ric Jorge is a firefighter (ret.) from Palm Beach County (FL). He is a co-author of Developing Firefighter Resilience, and the founder of Tactical Resiliency Training LLC that specializes in performance training. Ric also facilitates substance abuse and mental health groups at a rehab located in south Florida that is just for uniformed personnel, retired or active.
