Tarrance Frierson is the Manager of Supplier Development in the Supplier Diversity and Development department at Southern California Edison (SCE). He is responsible for managing all aspects of company’s supplier development initiative; from program design to resource management. In addition, he leads the Supplier Diversity Annual Report project and goal planning efforts for the organization; as well as manage the SCE’s relationship with key external stakeholders. Prior to joining the Supplier Diversity and Development team, Tarrance held multiple leadership positions within SCE and other regulated service industries. He serves on multiple advisory boards/councils providing consultation on strategic planning, program development, etc. Tarrance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, a Masters in Leadership & Management, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
