Tiffany Speers is managing partner of the San Francisco office of Adelson, Testan, Brundo, Novell & Jimenez (ATB), a leading national workers’ compensation defense law firm. She joined ATB in 2004 and focuses on defending workers' compensation claims, including claims of discrimination under Labor Code Section 132a and Serious & Willful Misconduct allegations. She has vast experience defending permissibly self-insured employers, insurance carriers and third party administrators, as well as expertise in managing cases within alternative dispute resolution programs. In addition, she provides adept claims management, overseeing multiple national accounts ranging from retail chains to facility management providers by applying her knowledge to achieve large-scale litigation savings. Ms. Speers has been certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation law. She earned a duel B.A. degree in political science and communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco.
