K. Martine Cumbermack practices primarily in the area of workers' compensation defense and has represented insurance companies, self-insureds and employers in workers' compensation cases in both Florida and Georgia, including representing insurers in fee schedule/medical bill disputes. She has also served as in-house counsel for a major national insurance company. Ms. Cumbermack received her undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997 and the State Bar of Georgia in 2006.
