Victor George has achieved continuous seven and eight figure plaintiff jury verdicts in many dozens of trials over the past three decades.   Defendants in these jury trial verdicts include: Walmart, Ford, Wells Fargo, Pacifica Senior Living, Fidelity, Metrolink, Sears, Sunrise Senior Living, Westmark School, Kindred Healthcare, Starline Tours, Getty, the Catholic Church, Dependent Living Homes, numerous school districts, major production companies / studios, public entities, private schools, and many others. During one 10‐year stretch, George didn’t lose a single trial. Among George’s numerous legal / trial honors include being named Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2006 as well as also being nominated for that TLOY Award 12 of the past 20 years.   He was recently named the “Southern California Best Lawyer of the Year” by “Best Lawyers” magazine. He has been nominated twice for National Trial Lawyer of the Year for Public Justice. George is also listed in Lawdragon’s National 500 Leading Plaintiff Attorneys. Mr. George has been a member of the CAALA Board of Governors for the past 20 years, and is a member of CAOC, AAJ, CELA and has been a Super Lawyer every year since its inception. Mr. George remains convinced that 12 jurors will always deliver a more equitable verdict than adjusters, corporate representatives, etc., will ever offer at mediation. He unequivocally believes in the wisdom and fairness of our jury system.
