Sara Black Warden is an experienced sales training manager with a demonstrated history of working in the food and logistics industries. She spent the last 15+ years working for Fortune 300 Companies, including Land O’Lakes, CH Robinson and Coca-Cola Enterprises, helping achieve business goals and aligning talent with the direction of the organization. While at Land O’Lakes, Sara partnered with a foodservice broker to design, build and implement two hands-on learning programs. She increased food sales for their street business, which played a critical role in delivering record-setting results. Today, Sara is partner and co-founder of Luminaries Consulting – helping clients to enable people, teams, and their business for real results. She is a strong human resources professional with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from St. Cloud State University, and is skilled in coaching, learning and development, talent management, and strategic planning.
