Kerri Bair is the Director over the Planning and Industrial Engineering department at Walt Disney World. Kerri grew up in Pennsylvania and got her bachelors of science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University. Kerri started her career with Ingersoll-Rand where she specialized in Sourcing. While with Ingersoll-Rand she had the opportunity to support Air Solutions in NC, Drilling Solutions in TX and Thermo King Refrigerated Trucking in NJ. During her 12 years at Disney, Kerri has spent it all with the Industrial Engineering department supporting many different client areas. The Industrial Engineering department acts as objective internal consultants to the company and uses sound analytics to support all front and back of house areas including: Cruise Line, Food and Beverage, Merchandise, Resorts, Parks, Transportation, Reservation Center, Warehouses, etc. Kerri said working for Disney is truly a dream; the diversity in the areas they support and the relentless pursuit of excellence for their Guests always keeps her excited, encouraged and very busy!
