Steve is currently a Vice President with the CTM Group Inc. Steve spearheads the company’s Nationwide Game Room Division “Elaut Operations” doing business primarily in theme and amusement parks across the United States. Steve entered the amusement industry in 1995 with Kaiser Amusements, a small route operator in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. He was later recruited by Dave & Buster’s as an Assistant Amusements Manager in the Philadelphia, PA location. Steve quickly moved up through the ranks to a corporate position as a Midway Operations Director. In 2003, he joined Tricorp Amusements and, in 2005, became its Chief Operating Officer. In 2012, Steve joined Elaut USA taking the role of Chief Operating Officer as part of a new corporate leadership team, tasked with achieving stronger financial performance goals for the company. Steve was an integral part of the recent successful transaction where the operating arm Of Elaut USA was sold to The CTM Group Inc. Over the last two decades Steve’s primary focus and success has been driving results on the top and bottom line, analyzing KPI (key performance indicators) and operating cost structures. Steve has touched all aspects of the business across the United States and abroad, giving him a unique perspective of the amusement industry and its metrics overall.
