Mrs. Lynne Stebbins is a Registered Nurse who completed two years of active duty with the United States Army Nurse Corp. She continues to maintain her RN license as a School Nurse for 13 years while also an Instructor Trainer with NSC First Aid. She is currently President of the Virginia State Safety Council. She has trained medical personnel at Novartis and Pfizer in New Jersey in Hazmat Rescue, Elementis Company and the US Army Corps. of Engineer in Emergency Care Courses and Confined Space Rescue Team certifications. Has also trained in the Rapid Eye Observation program.
