CHRISTOPHER FEDER began his career in the emergency services in 1995 as a volunteer firefighter where his is now an Assistant Chief. He is the Director of Rescue Services for Med-Tex Services, Inc., based in Philadelphia. His background includes Hazardous Materials, Urban Search & Rescue, and Military. He has previously presented at FDIC International and has written articles for Fire Engineering magazine.
