Bob Acosta is Senior Vice President for Mitchell’s Casualty Solutions Group. Bob is responsible for leading business development for the Workers’ Compensation and Auto Casualty markets. Bob and his team work with clients in understanding their unique business process challenges to determine where Mitchell and partner solutions, technologies and/or services, can best be deployed to meet each client’s specific needs. Bob has over 36 years of industry experience and a diverse background focused in insurance cost containment that includes; line level and senior management positions within training, medical bill review operations, group health case management operations management, medical bill review software development, state fee schedule & compliance committee member for jurisdictional regulatory bodies, marketing, and sales. Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University Long Beach. Prior to joining Mitchell in 2008, Bob’s career included contributing roles with; Medata, Inc, Intracorp / a Division of CIGNA Insurance, CompReview, Inc., HNC Software and Fair Isaac Corporation.
