The Dali Museum


Heather joined the development team at The Dali Museum after founding and building her own consulting firm, specializing in data driven customer engagement. Prior to that, she worked in both non-profit and for-profit businesses in variable data fundraising and marketing. While she now works as a Development Officer, her responsibilities as the CRM manager at The Dali included handling all aspects of the implementation of the Galaxy POS Ticketing system as well as the customer relationship management program, Microsoft Dynamics, that interfaces with Galaxy. She has a BS degree in telecommunications from the University of Florida and a MS in nonprofit management with a concentration in leadership from Northeastern University. Heather holds the CFRE designation from the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
