Adam Tucker began his Safety and Environment career consulting in the oil and gas industry, and has since used that knowledge to guide safety efforts for Cummins. Adam was formerly the HSE Director for Cummins Inc. Distribution Business Unit and has since taken a new role that includes a focus on transformative IT technology for HSE. He has been working with Chuck Pettinger to utilize Mainstream Business Methods as the foundation for a Culture Change Initiative being deployed throughout Cummins distributors worldwide.
