Director, Field Training and Support, TouchTunes. A long time ago, in a Galaxy far, far away… I have been involved in coin-op for the last 40 years. I started with Bally Manufacturing in 1979. Installed the first slot machine/player tracking system in 1981 at Resorts International, Atlantic City. I worked for Arachnid specializing in modem communications and networking on Darts and Dartman. I’ve spent the last 21 years with TouchTunes working with operators on phoneline and modem communications and now broadband and networking, along with a myriad of other technologies.
