Dan Chancey is the Vice President, Senior Asset Manager for Commercial Advisors. As a member of the BOMA International organization, Dan works to continually develop his talent and skills through industry education and involvement. Dan has served on the Board of Directors and three terms as President of BOMA Memphis, most recently in 2010. Dan worked as President of BOMA Memphis to grow that local’s size and relevance culminating in hosting the BOMA Southern Region Conference in Memphis in 2005. He has also served and worked on various committees within BOMA International in Washington D.C. Dan's commitment to BOMA International includes serving two terms on the BOMA International Executive Committee, 2012 Recipient of the BOMA International Chair Award, and as a BOMA officer in the role of Secretary Treasurer. Dan has earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building and Owners and Managers Institute.
