Francis Pelletier is a senior renewable energies consultant with twenty years of industry experience. During this time, he has worked in wind project management, noise impact analysis, wind turbine performance testing, wind farm layout design, and energy yield estimation. Dr. Pelletier specializes in power performance evaluation and improving wind power plant operation – the subjects of which were the focus of his master’s and Ph.D. theses.
