Downtown Kitchen, A Bartolotta Restaurant
Since entering the restaurant industry in 2000, Angie knew she had a true passion for cooking. She attended Waukesha County Technical College for Culinary Management and worked at Merrill Hills Country Club and The American Club in Kohler. She started her journey as a line cook in The Wisconsin Room and progressed to the Immigrant Restaurant and Winery, where she helped the restaurant achieve their Forbes 4 Star. Angie then moved to Chicago in 2013, where she spent a year working for Café Ba Ba Reeba. She moved back to Milwaukee in 2014, taking on the role of Chef de Cuisine at Mason Street Grill. After a year and a half, she was promoted to Executive Chef of the restaurant. Angie joined the Bartolotta team in August 2016 as Executive Chef of Downtown Kitchen.
