Sarah J. McCrea is a Registered Nurse, Paramedic, and serves as an Assistant Fire Chief with the Las Vegas Fire and Rescue (LVFR). Sarah is responsible for LVFR’s Special Operations and Employee Health and Wellness Programs as well as the Combined Communications Center, where she is the program manager for the Emergency Communications Nurse System.
