Dr. Nichelle Gurule is a chiropractor, personal trainer, birth doula, and a mom of three. She specializes in women’s health with a focus on prenatal and postpartum chiropractic care, rehab therapy, and fitness. During her own journey into motherhood, she saw the huge deficits in care across both health and fitness fields. This has prompted her to dive into the research and learn from other highly specialized experts working with postpartum moms in rehabbing their diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunctions, and returning moms to fitness. She owns a women’s health practice in Louisville, Colorado and also founded Gaia Health Academy, an educational platform for both clinicians and patients. Her mission is to educate women and empower them to restore their bodies.
