With her unique combination of information technology, marketing, business operations, and people skills, Erika James is responsible for Client Relations and Strategic Partners for the Mitchell Casualty Solutions Group. She leads an experienced Client Services team responsible for all aspects of the client relationship including customer service, savings performance and software usage. She is also responsible for the governance of our best-in-class Strategic Partner relationships and ensuring Mitchell’s focus on driving maximum value to our clients. Erika has over 20 years of experience in medical cost containment, managed care and risk management, and information technology.. Erika is very well known within the P&C industry and is actively engaged with multiple organizations and publications, to include being a Board Member for the American Association of Preferred Provider Organizations.
