Previous leadership roles include overseeing support and education, and leading the product development team in building PatronManager. A close observer of arts management trends and technology development, Michelle is a frequent speaker on these topics at NAMP, INTIX, Arts Reach and Dreamforce. She is the co-author of Breaking the Fifth Wall: Rethinking Arts Marketing for the 21st Century.
