Carol Valentic is senior director for services delivery for Conduent’s Medical Claims Management Solutions group. She has global oversight and accountability for all operations focused on the end-to-end delivery of business services for the workers’ compensation and auto casualty claims markets. This includes medical bill review outsourced service, as well as medical management and clinical review services. Carol is the primary point of contact to clients for day-to-day service delivery. In her leadership role, she directs and controls the activities to optimize customer experience and reduce costs and risks through digital transformation. Her comprehensive knowledge of the technical and operational aspects of injury claims management is an asset. Carol works collaboratively with program managers and front-line operations employees to help clients build strong cost containment programs, while driving continuous improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. Carol holds a BSN from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
