Wilo Castillo Senior Training Advisor Wilo Castillo is the Senior Training Advisor for Gravitec Systems, Inc, a Poulsbo, Washington based company that specializes in fall protection training, engineering, testing and equipment sales. Wilo is bilingual and works with Spanish speaking clients across the globe. Wilo works with a variety of companies that work in related industries such as Wind, Telecommunications, Construction and the Department of Defense. He has been instrumental in developing Fall Protection Training programs for companies like Boeing, IKEA, Cirque du Soleil, NBC Universal and the US Navy, in the United States and abroad. His expertise lies in helping companies understand the importance of changing the culture of safety by educating their employees. He has been actively involved in the industry since 2008, participating in dozens of trade shows, presentations and media events surrounding the Fall Protection industry. A resident of Kitsap County, Wilo is actively involved in Little League Baseball, both as a Manager and District Umpire.
