Joined OSHA in 1997 as a Safety Compliance Officer in Birmingham, AL. In 2003, took a position as an AAD in Baton Rouge, LA and in 2005, became the AD in Austin, TX. In 2010, Eric became the Director for the Office of Construction Services in Washington, DC. Later, Eric became the DRA in the Dallas, TX Regional Office, the OSHA RA in Seattle, and is currently the OSHA RA in Dallas, TX.
