Mark Kremen, PHR Training Unlimited, LLC Mark has been a professional career counselor helping thousands of individuals through the career transition process during a wide variety of economic conditions. He played a key role in transitioning military personnel to civilian positions at Ft. Monmouth in New Jersey. He also is the co-author of Putting Your Best Foot Forward: Getting to Work Program. This program provides individual seeking employment with job hunting skills including networking, resume writing, dressing for success, and sharing positive energy during the interview. The program has been given to a wide audience ranging from high school and college students to adults re-entering the workplace. Mark holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University in Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Longwood College, also in Virginia. Mark is active in the Human Resources profession. He is the Past President of the Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources and serves on the Executive Board, with responsibilities for helping members achieve the professional PHR or SPHR certifications. He also holds membership in the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
