In his first role in the industry Julius started his career as an Electrical Engineer in Fossil Fuel fired power plants and soon feel in love with the operations and maintenance side of the business. Julius went back to school to get his Masters in Business Administration and transitioned into renewable energy as the Asset Manager for We Energies wind turbine projects in Wisconsin. He decided to expand his knowledge of the wind industry and joined Acciona Windpower as O&M Manager, North America for their projects in the United States and Canada. With his experience in Operations and Asset Management he joined Natural Power to increase the company’s portfolio in North America and pursue his passion for renewable energy. Julius is a firm believer in safety and believes all incidents can be prevented. He also focuses on a condition based maintenance approach with an emphasis on using vibration, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasonic technologies to drive performance and reliability.
