Jeff Brown is a Customer Success Manager with SparkCognition, an award-winning Machine Learning/AI driven Cognitive Analytics Company. As a part of the Customer Success team, Jeff’s primary focus is managing the deployment of SparkPredict for SparkCognition customers to help them improve uptime and reliability. Prior to SparkCognition, Jeff was an Account Manager at Tolteq, a manufacturer of MWD tools for the independent directional drilling market. Jeff has a diverse background – in addition to Oil & Gas sales, he has worked in Finance and Operations leadership roles in multiple industries – Automotive, High Tech, and Non-Profit. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA.
