Jackie LaJoie has overall leadership responsibility for Supplier Diversity at Ingersoll Rand. In this role, she is responsible for building a world class program, driving results and integrating supplier diversity into the corporate strategy throughout the enterprise. Prior to joining the Council, Jackie served as Vice President of the Carolinas Minority Supplier Development Council, Director of Supplier Diversity at Merck and Manager of Supplier Diversity at legacy AT&T. She has more than 25 years’ experience in successful program development and implementation. Jackie has been recognized nationally for her leadership and service in the Supplier Diversity field. She has a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from High Point University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
