Quintana leads WEST’s HCP Practice Group. She received a B.A. in Biology from Colorado College and a Master’s in Fish, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology from Colorado State University. Quintana has nine years of experience defining impacts and conservation measures for endangered species habitat management. During that time, she has participated in the development of over 20 HCPs.
