Michelle Flick serves as an Assistant Director for Partnership Development for Engineering and Technology in UC's Division of Experience-Based Learning & Career Education. In this role, Michelle works to engage industry partners in the University’s cooperative education programs. Prior to joining the University of Cincinnati, Michelle served as the Apprenticeship Coordinator at Gateway Community & Technical College in Kentucky. During this time, she worked with local advanced manufacturing companies to develop innovative, long-term apprenticeship programs to bridge the industry skills-gap in the region. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University and a Master of Science from Ohio University.
