Jason Britton is a Director of Partnership Development with the University of Cincinnati’s Division of Experience Based Learning and Career Education. In this role, Jason works with industry leading companies to assist them in engaging with the University through ELCE’s many offerings. His main focus is on developing co-op opportunities for students in the college of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning. Before joining the University of Cincinnati, Jason started his career as an Area Director for YoungLife and spent 6 years working for the Northern Kentucky Area Development District in workforce development. During this time, he helped develop regional workforce strategies, assisted business in creating talent pipelines, and analyzed data to improve institutional processes. Jason earned his undergraduate degree from Northern Kentucky University.
