Jennifer Fraser is the General Manager with Appalachian Engineered Flooring (AEF), a manufacturer of wood flooring products. When she joined AEF, the company was experiencing tremendous turnover of employees. Jennifer was tasked with reversing this trend, and is responsible for implementing programs to improve employee retention, which ultimately resulted in boosting employee safety, increasing line productivity, and growing company profits.
