Keith Roberts has been employed with Hayward Pool Products for over 8 years. He began his career in 2007 working as a Technical Service Representative in our East Coast Contact Center where he championed several of our major product lines including Commercial products, Heaters, and Robotic Cleaners. In addition, Keith has also been involved with training and mentoring new employees in the Contact Center, as well as conducting internal product training for new Sales Managers and Technical Managers. He is an APSP Certified Service Technician since 2011 and was recently promoted to Technical Training Manager in late August of 2015.
