Kate Rabe Kate has a BS in Marketing from Plattsburgh State University and worked as a Marketing Director in the Pool Industry for over 10 years. During her Coach Certification program, Kate realized that her true passion was to see small businesses succeed. She was recognized for the Top 40 under Forty Award in 2014. She As a frequent presenter at the Pool & Spa Show, Kate has often been approached by attending companies to assist with their own marketing and employee coaching programs.
