Dr. Christopher Kang, also known as Hyoung Ho Kang, is currently with Northrop Grumman as a process integration engineer since July 2018. He is responsible for production and engineering flow of silicon semiconductor devices including process control, process optimization and device qualification. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Dr. Kang worked for IBM and Globalfoundries for 12 years as a program manager and project lead engineer. He had led multiple failure analysis and metrology projects including high volume TEM sample preparation and TEM metrology development projects. Prior to IBM, he was an applications engineers of FEI Company for 6 years. Dr. Kang holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from University of Maryland at College Park. He received his M.S. and B.S. degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Ajou University in Korea. Dr. Kang has published a chapter of technical book and more than 25 articles.
