Ricky Hsieh, Ph.D. has been a deputy manager at ASE group since 2013 with product design. His major interests are RF-passive devices design, millimeter-wave antenna in package (AiP) and antenna measurement technology. Prior to joining ASE group, Dr. Hsieh was a senior engineer for Touch Microsystem Technology (TMT). During his 2 years at TMT Company, Hsieh spent time doing process integration and product R&D including MEMS devices, RF devices and package assembly. Hsieh received a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan in 2011.
