Scott Bouchie is the Environmental Management and Sustainability Director at the City of Mesa. He is responsible for residential and commercial solid waste and recycling service at the City of Mesa. In addition to his solid waste duties, Scott is also responsible for the City of Mesa’s renewable energy, water and energy conservation and environmental compliance programs. Scott has over 23 years of experience in the environmental field and has been with the City of Mesa for over 20 years. Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Arizona State University.
