Shikha Gupta is a Program Manager in the Integrated Waste Management Division of City of San Jose, Environmental Services Department. Integrated Waste Management division’s core services include developing and administering various programs to achieve Zero Waste goals as well as managing collection, processing and disposal contracts. City of San Jose has the largest privatized solid waste system where 100% of residential and commercial waste is processed. Her 14-year career has always included direct involvement with businesses, people and environment. She has 2 Master's degrees in Chemistry and is Certified Public Manager from Arizona State University.
